Growing up in a house full of Palestinian, Syrian and Libyan culture, I like telling stories. As I grew older and explored the roots of my heritage, I also connected to the gypsy performer traditions of the Levant, to the folk art and tales of my community and my ancestor’s ways of telling stories. I have lived in many different cities and countries and this has given me an appreciation for what makes different people unique. It also let me develop my language skills. As well as natively speaking English & Arabic, I also speak French & Italian and am currently learning Dutch. This has also given me a knack for accents. On top of my creative professional practice as an Actor, I love clowning, folk singing, dance and spoken word. I am currently teaching myself to play the accordion.
